ELABORATION:

The must is obtained by the process of draining and decanting.
Yeast addition and fermentation is done at low temperatures.
It is bottled after a three-month ripening into tanks.
Consumption temperature: It is recommended to savour it between 6°and 10°C.

TASTING NOTES:
|
The bright gold color with green highlights. Wide open, intense and elegant nose associated with fennel, white flowers, peach and citrus. On the palate the wine is elegant, with good balanced acidity and persistent.
|
|
PRODUCTION AREA:
|
The vines are gathered under the seal of quality ‘Denominació d'Origen Empordà'.
They are located on the highest part of the Ampurdan plain, on the range foot, creeping up the hills and spurs of Serra de la Baga de Ferran and the near Serra de l'Albera.
