Grapes: 75% Red Grenache y 25% Samsó (Carignan), from low production's old vines.
Production: 6.156 Bottles of 50 cl.
From ripe grapes harvested by hand on October 10, 2005. Maceration of the must with the skins for 30 days and finally pressed. Six months latter, the two varieties get into the boots , where the wine matures for 4 years in 300 lts french oaks barrels.
